1.Customer side NMS version V2R16C60 found lot of osn3500 is failed to auto backup ne database to nms side even manually backup
2.check with RD side NMS VERSION IS OK , there is no any bug related to ne backup issue
3.It is sure 3500 nodes failed to back due to VERSION (5.21.12 .X 5.21.13.X ) V1R2 /V1R3 version that doesn’t support backup NE database to NMS // this is not related to NMS VERSION
4. Metro 1000 node since beginning doesn’t support backup NE database to NMS // this is not related to NMS VERSION
5. EVNE old u2000 /T2000 will report failed to backup during backup activates
6. Current OSN3500 VERSION V1R2/V1R3 need upgrade to mainstream version : V1R10C03SPC208+R10C03SPH231 (required physical Controller is GSCC and physical SCC card is not support .)
