I am smart phone dealer from Tunisia.
I am among the first customer of your product since it was launched in the Market known as “Hawaii”
I have a shop licensed from the government,I have also page in facebook & instagram where I have shared many videos and photos to promote my product dedicated to my customers from different countries but today your branch in Tunisia let me down.
I lost lots of money,customers and my good reputation in market due to.
In fact,I went to your branch here in Tunisia to buy 50 pieces, they asked me to pre-order first while the item is available in the market!!!
I found my self in a critical situation towards my frequent clients whom already booked and some has given me advance.
I have to apologize to everyone of my clients and to offer an alternate product from others competitors such OPPO-iPhone-Samsung.
