Solution:
Upgrade the NE software to the mainstream version V100R8C00SPC100 + latest hot patch version.
l Because there are many issues involved in OptiX OSN 580 version earlier than V100R8C00SPH101, a hot patch version cannot resolve all the issues. No patch version is planned for V100R007. You are advised to upgrade the NE software to V100R008.
l During the upgrade, follow the network change management process. Submit an RFC ticket first. After the ticket is approved, follow the instructions in the upgrade guide to make preparations and perform the upgrade on the live network.
