I apologise if someone else has posted about this. I did have a look on the page but didn't see anything and I have no idea how to search for posts https://showbox.tools/ ...
Anyway, my phone and my wife's phone have suddenly stopped connecting to our WiFi at home and we're having to rely on mobile data for Internet https://speedtest.vet/.
This morning I've been troubleshooting and followed some guides online for a potential fix. My daughters tablet connects fine and Internet through a wire works fine. Both of us have the same phone and we have the exact same issue. It started being faulty a few days ago.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Could it be an update which has done it? It seems too coincidental that two phones in the same family have the same problem.
I've restarted the phone, router, forgot the WiFi and reconnected and reset my phones network settings. Barring a full factory reset, I've tried everything that basic troubleshooting suggests.
