Possible cause

Solution

  1. Verify the network connection.
  2. Replace the terminal to check whether the fault is rectified.
  3. Reduce the device gain by referring to High or Low Call Volume.
  4. Contact the peer end engineers to check whether the peer device is faulty.
  5. If the fault persists, collect detailed fault information and related logs, and submit them to the service provider.
