No voice in transfered call

Dear Team,


We have two espace u1911 IP telephony systems and we face the issue in both. When we need to transfer the call to third party it is ringing and they are able to answer the call and the call establishing successful but both the party cannot hear each other. Is there any especial setting should I make this work.

Thank you for posting on our Huawei Forum.

In order to further troubleshoot the reported issue we would require the following information:

- Networking scenario of the IPT solution (one central nodes,distributed, convergent etc.)
- IP address assignation and network topology
- Parties involved ( calling party, called party and third party type phone)
- Is this an internal call or external call (call flow)
- If the call is being transfered to PSTN side what type of trunk is configured on the U1900?
- Trace on the U1900 using LMT to have the whole SIP signaling part of the call while the issue is being reproduced
