In order to further troubleshoot the reported issue we would require the following information:
- Networking scenario of the IPT solution (one central nodes,distributed, convergent etc.)
- IP address assignation and network topology
- Parties involved ( calling party, called party and third party type phone)
- Is this an internal call or external call (call flow)
- If the call is being transfered to PSTN side what type of trunk is configured on the U1900?
- Trace on the U1900 using LMT to have the whole SIP signaling part of the call while the issue is being reproduced
