No Video Is Displayed on the HD Displays

The cable connection is correct, and there is video output to the HD displays. However, the HD displays indicate that there is no signal input.

Step 1 Use the HD displays' remote controls to set the signal input source to DVI IN.

Step 2 If no remote controls are available, run the debug command to set the signal input source to DVI IN.

     1. Telnet to the telepresence host's port 23.

     2. Run devm tvcmd 0 QMS to check the left HD display's current signal input source.

The desired response is ulRet=0 response:QMI:SL2. If the response is not ulRet=0 response:QMI:SL2, run devm tvcmd 0 IMS:SL2.

NOTE:
0 indicates the left HD display, 1 indicates the center HD display, and 2 indicates the right HD display.
In the command devm tvcmd 0 IMS:xxx, xxx can be SL1, SL2, SL3, or PC1.
Root Cause
The signal input source is incorrect.
