Problem Description
No video is displayed when the iClient is used to view live video.
Product information
Platform: IVS1800 9.0.0
Camera: D3020-10-I-P SDC 8.0.RC211.SPC1
Possible cause 1:
The network connection between the local computer where the iClient is installed and the camera is disconnected.
Solution
Ping camere_IP on the local computer. If the timeout is displayed, the network is disconnected.
Check the network.
Possible cause 2:
The Media Security on Camera Configuration is enabled.
Solution
Check the parameter on the iClient, if it is enabled, please disable it.
Possible cause 3:
The version of the camera is too old, as a result, iClient cannot play live video.
