No update data of solar inverter on Fusion solar app

Dear Huawei and Fusion solar app Support Team!

No update data of solar inverter on Fusion solar from Jan 4, 2020 (4.30 pm) until this morning Jan 5, 2020 in Thailand area. All Huawei inverters are not showing realtime graph and data on Fusion solar App.

The details please see the following pictures:

not update from 4pm jan4

not update start time

Please help, thank you!
