No session table when Search for traffic on GUI

I'm going to show you how to handle the lack of a session table when searching for traffic on the GUI.

Issue Description

Customer can't find session ping on firewall GUI session table

Handling Process

Check the Software version of USG

Root Cause

There is no session in session in web GUI.   it's because the session already aged and deleted

Solution Provided

There are two options to store history sessions:

• option 1:   install an external log server, send logs to this log server. 

• option 2:  install a hard disk and mount it to the firewall, then history sessions will store in hard disk.
