Diagnostic
You have installed and enabled Google Desktop on the computer where the eSpace IVS C/S Client is installed. When you perform operations on the eSpace IVS C/S Client, the eSpace IVS C/S Client returns no response.
Possible cause
The commercial control used by the eSpace IVS C/S Client conflicts with Google Desktop, so the eSpace IVS C/S Client cannot run properly.
Solution
1. Uninstall Google Desktop and log in to the eSpace IVS C/S Client again. Then go to the next step.
2. Check whether the fault is rectified.
If the fault is rectified, no further action is required. If the fault persists, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
