No response during SystemReporter installation

Hi, guys!

I want to install SystemReporter on Windows. but no response. 

Do you know how to solve the issue?

OK, it doesn't matter. I have a few similar experiences for you.

Symptom 1: When you double-click install.vbe to install SystemReporter in the Windows operating system, the Install SystemReporter wizard page is not displayed.

Symptom 2: When you double-click install.vbe to install SystemReporter in the Windows operating system, the Install SystemReporter wizard page is not displayed. Check the installation log. The error information is "Loading xx\Runtime\jre6.0.18\bin\server\jvm.dll".

Possible Cause

Symptom 1: The CLI is abnormally closed, which might cause background tasks of the SystemReporter system to be abnormally ended.

Symptom 2: The early system file VCRuntime.dll is used. As a result, SystemReporter cannot be properly installed.

Recommended Actions

Symptom 1: Under the c:/users/xxx directory, delete tmp files. xxx indicates the current user name.

If you do not deal with the problem according to above action, please contact HUAWEI technical support.

Symptom 2: Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145, download and install vc_redist.x64.exe or vc_redist.x86.exe specific to your operating system, and perform operations.
