No netwrok extension menu in SSL VPN

Hello guys, I got a problem about the SSL VPN.

I login the SSL through web successfully, but there is no menu for network extension, which leads I cannot remote to my intranet.

If the configuration is OK, then you are kindly adviesed to check the browser setting. The network extension is used only on IE Explorer, else the extra software secoclient is required on Firefox or Chrome. thanks for your supporting.
The firewall is USG6600, and I initiated the SSL connection from the local PC Web browser which runs Windows 7.
