HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hi all,

starting from today I'm not able to access at installation menu.

I can connect to the SUN2000-xxxxx network (created from inverter) but when I try to access to the inverter I recevie a message where say "impossible to connect, try again later".

From my pc I can't see any open port now (and yesterday port 6607 was open).

I switch off AC for 15 min and after the whole system for 20 min but is still not working.

Any idea?

Thanks

Hello, friend.

Are you connected by scanning? You can manually enter the SN to connect to the device. If the connection still fails, you are advised to power off the system again for 5 minutes and try again. Alternatively, obtain the help of the PV center to locate the root cause of the fault and send an email to the following email address to describe your problem and attach the SN of your device.

Europe Email: eu_inverter_support@huawei.com

China and Asia Pacific: solarservice@huawei.com

Latin America Email: la_inverter_support@huawei.com

I switched off the entire system many times for more than 5 mins but it is not working.
I wrote an email to huawei team and I hope to receive an answer in order to fix this bug.
I'm not the only one with this problem so when I will receive a solution I update this topic.

how exactly you connect locally to your inverter, via SUN2000 ---'s Wi-Fi network or via your Wi=Fi router connected in the same network with your inverter?
Maybe inverter was upgraded to the latest firmware version and the Modbus TCP function was disabled.

I connect directly to SUN2000 net.
Problem appear on 1 april and I have fw SPC117 since long time.
Just to be clear, the big issue is related to smarphone connection: if i try from phone (via fusion solar app) to access in the installation menu I will receive the message "impossible to connect, try again later".
Huawei declared a "wifi issue" and authorized the free substitution of the inverter but IMHO (so i can be completely wrong) it's a software bug.
