No image is displayed sometimes during live video viewing on the eSpace IVS platform. However, live video viewing is normal on the IPC web page.

Handling Process

Step 1 Visit Huawei website to obtain the upgrade package.

NOTE:
For details about how to obtain the upgrade package, see section Obtaining IPC Upgrade Packages(As Follows).

Step 2 Upgrade the IPC.

NOTE:
For detailed upgrade operations, see section How Should I Upgrade an IPC on Its Web Page.

Step 3 Check whether the fault is rectified.

If yes, no further operation is required.
If no, contact your service provider for assistance.

Obtaining IPC Upgrade Packages:
To obtain the upgrade package for an IPC, perform the following steps:
1. Visit http://enterprise.huawei.com.
2. Choose SUPPORT > Software.
3. Choose Unified Communications and Collaboration > Video Surveillance > Cameras.
4. Select the required IPC version and download the required upgrade package.
