No image from TE30 VGA port

Hi, there is a solution to no image from TE30 VGA port.

Problem Description

No image from TE30 VGA port

Problem Analysis

Log in to TE30 webpage and check setting on codec , resolution and check the vga port directly to Monitor the image is fine.

Root cause

There is a VGA to HDMI converter in between the endpoint and monitor is faulty.

Solution Description

Replace the converter and the issue is resolved.
