No camera is displayed on the camera management page

Hello, community!

I have a question below:

My cameras are successfully synchronized to the VCMAPP, but I cannot view the cameras on the camera management page! I have checked the connection between VCMAPP and VCN, there is no problem. What's wrong?

Hi, Masss!

Good day!

After the VCMAPP is connected to the VCN, the administrator account created on the VCMAPP cannot read the domain information. As a result, the camera data is not displayed.

The following is the way how you can deal with it:

  1. Log in to the VCMAPP as the admin user.

  2. Choose System > User Management.

  3. Edit the created administrator account to grant the same device list rights as the admin user.

  4. Use the created administrator account to log in to the VCMAPP again and check whether the camera management page is properly displayed.
