Step 1 Telnet to the center telepresence codec.

Step 2 Run the bsp setprivateip ? command to query how to configure the PoE port's IP address for the telepresence codec.

main cpu-> bsp setprivateip ?
example
setprivateip 202.192.168.67 255.255.255.0
ip must be C class address
and last number must be 67(x.x.x.67)
netmask must be 255.255.255.0

Step 3 Run the bsp setprivateip 202.192.168.67 255.255.255.0 command to set the IP address.

The static IP address of the telepresence host PoE port is 202.192.168.51. The IP address and subnet mask of the telepresence codec's PoE port must be set to 202.192.168.67 and 255.255.255.0.

Root Cause

The telepresence host's Power over Ethernet (PoE) port is assigned with a static IP address 202.192.168.51, but the telepresence codec's PoE port is assigned with a dynamic IP address using DHCP, causing IP address mismatch.
