NMS version V2R16C60 found lot of osn3500 is failed to auto backup ne database to nms side

2. Customer side NMS version V2R16C60 found lot of osn3500 is failed to auto backup ne database to nms side even manually backup

1.check with RD side NMS VERSION IS OK , there is no any bug related to ne backup issue

1. . 2.It is sure  3500 nodes failed to back due to VERSION (5.21.12 .X   5.21.13.X ) V1R2 /V1R3 version that doesn’t support backup NE database to NMS // this is not related to NMS VERSION

2. 3. Metro 1000 node since beginning doesn’t support backup NE database to NMS // this is not related to NMS VERSION

3. 4. EVNE old u2000 /T2000  will report failed to backup during backup activates

4.  Current OSN3500 VERSION V1R2/V1R3 need upgrade to mainstream version : V1R10C03SPC208+R10C03SPH231  (required physical Controller is GSCC and physical  SCC card is not support .)
