1. Log in to the NCE management page and check whether the network management application process is running. If not, manually start it.
2. The database runs abnormally. Restart the database.
3. If the icon of the network management app is gray, the client mode may be changed to local mode. You need to install a local client or set the client mode to remote mode.
4. The IP address of the internal module of the NCE server is incorrect or has been changed. Please restore the original settings.
5. The Java process for starting the WebSwing is deleted by the antivirus software. As a result, the NMS App cannot be started. Manually copy a javaw.exe from another client of the same version.
