NMS fails to manage the MA5800

When the NMS fails to manage the MA5800, locate the fault according to the following procedure:

Check the fault scope.
Check whether the MA5800 can ping the NMS.
Check whether configurations of the MA5800 and the NMS are correct.
Check whether the IP address of the MA5800 is the same as that configured on the NMS.
