Handling Procedure

On the night service configuration page of the SoftConsole, add night services as required.
l If the operation is successful, check whether the fault is rectified. If the problem persists, go to 5.
l If the adding fails, go to 4.
l If no, go to 3.
Check whether the AppAgent is used.
Log in to the Console server as the admin user and choose Monitoring Startup > Settings. On the System Settings page, check whether Use APP is selected.
l If yes, go to 4.
l If it is not selected, select Use APP and log in to the SoftConsole to configure the night service.
Check whether the SoftConsole is properly connected to the AppAgent.
For details, log in to iknow and ask "Checking Whether the SoftConsole Client Is Successfully Connected to the AppAgent".
Check whether the BMU time is consistent with the U1900 gateway time.
Check the BMU time:
l On the Windows operating system, log in to the operating system and check the time at the lower right corner.
l On the Linux operating system, run the data command.
Check the U1900 gateway time:
Log in to the system and run the show system information command.
If the time is inconsistent, perform the following steps to change the time:
Change the BMU time:
l On the Windows operating system, click the time at the lower right corner and select Change date and time settings. On the page that is displayed, change the time.
l On the Linux operating system, for example, log in as the root user and run the following command:
Data -s "20160625 11:28:23"
Hwclock -w
Change the U1900 gateway time:
Log in to the system and run the config system date 2016-06-25 time 11:46:15 command.
If the fault persists, collect logs of the SoftConsole, BMU, and U1900 and contact Huawei technical support.
This is what I want to share with you today, thank you!
