Issue Description：
The FMT SERVER command is executed during the host replacement. However, after the command is executed, the TMS host does not work.
Possbile reason：
The VM where the TMS host is located is faulty.
Solution :
1. Visit the Huawei technical support website.
2. Enter TMS9950 in the search box, select the appropriate path from the drop-down list box, and download required documents from the Documentation tab page.
3. Restore the VM by following the instructions inTMS9950 V500R005C00SPC*** VM OS Restoration Guide.
