Hi, i have the same problem as you for some months now. It's seems to be a firmware bug, since i got an "internal error" when i try to configure the IPv6 connection with the parameters X_HW_E8C_IPv6PrefixOrigin and X_HW_E8C_IPv6IPAddressOrigin, on 3 different models (8121H, 8245H, 8546M). I can only configure those parameters if i create the WAN through the web interface.

Have you find a solution?

Sadly, not.

The only solution i see, aside from the firmware update, is to build something that edits the CFG file, and uploads it. I'm trying to build something with python to apply mass configuration, but still a pain to get it to work. I hope Huawei send a fix for this, and there is also other missing parameters (like DDNS) from TR-069, wich have a similar bug of instance creation.

So, i applied my python script that edits the CFG file, and it works now.

First make sure IPv6 is enabled on your interface (X_HW_IPv6Enable on 1), then download the CFG trough TR-069 and add the IPv6 configuration through an XML editor. Use a pre-configured CFG with ipv6 to compare during the development, then you will have something that works. Just be careful on parsing your XML file.

I cannot share my scripts, but is not that harder to make.
