Issue Description
The customer found that network redundancy failed issue which means nic port is down.
Handling Process
1. For host esx-ESXI-HOST-8 (SN:- 210305613210G3001861), which is belong to chassis 1 (chassis SN:- 210230102810G300083 ) blade 11, we find that the two nic port is down now, also that the UE (Unrecoverable Error) detected, it indicates that the NIC card got hardware issue and the firmware failed to recovery, so cause the nic port is down. The solution is to replace the MZ512 NIC card:
2. For the host esx-ESXI-HOST-20 (SN:- 210305613210G3001869), which is belongs to chassis 2 (chassis SN:-210230102810G3000080) blade 13, the issue is the same with esx-ESXI-HOST-8, the UE (Unrecoverable Error) detected on the NIC card. And need to replace the NIC card.
