Two devices on the core ring of the XX Mobile PTN network frequently become unreachable to the NMS.

Root Cause:
The IP address of an NE on the network conflicts with the IP address of the gateway NE of the unreachable NE. As a result, some non-gateway NEs managed by the gateway NE become unreachable to the NMS.
Solution:
An NE whose IP address is the same as the IP address of the gateway NE of the unreachable NE exists on the network. After the IP address of one NE is changed, the NE becomes reachable by the NMS.
Suggestions:
The IP address of the gateway NE must be unique during network deployment.
