【Problem description】
The customer said that they couldn't control the camera with the network keyboard.
Network keyboard type: Pearmain NKBD5100K.
【Problem analysis】
We checked the IVS clinet configuration and it was correct.
Then we asked for the customer's feedback on the network keyboard configuration parameter.
【Root cause】
Customer configuration error.
【Solution description】
We checked the configuration of the network keyboard and we found the 'Control' page login parameter incorrect. So we changed to 'Local'.
After changing that, we could control the camera again.
