Sometimes on FusionSolar APP you can see on the top of screen, the message " The network is abnormal. Please connect your phone to the internet. ". This message don't means a problem with the internet, but means a comunication problem with FusionSolar portal. In other words, check the WI-FI connection of the cellphone, and check the portal IP adress on the LOGGIN SETTING > DOMAIN, it have to be the correct IP adress of the FusionSolar for your location.
