Dear all,

We have 3 different clients that observe an episode of Lockup During Operation and we cannot have access neither through console interface.

The operation returned after power down the router.

Analising log file we can see at the same moment some ping commands realized by a user that is not a local user. Anyone already see this message? This is normal?

We already open a TAC and is waiting analysis. I'm asking if anyone had the same problem, because we had notice 3 different equipments in one week.
And if anyone know if this is a internal user, because we can't see on local user list.

Guys, to solve the issue is recommended the apply the new Patch NE40E-M2 V800R010SPH085.
DTS2018101807077: "An error occurs when packets are sent to the CPU. As a result, the packet buffer usage of the board increases abnormally"
If you have the same problem with NE40E-M2H the solutions is the same.

Best Regards,
