Netcol 5000 fails to start

Hello everyone, I will share with you the possible reasons why Netcol 5000 cannot start and how to deal with it today.

Issue Description

The customer turned ON the Netcol5000 which was not getting ON, and even LCD screen was also not getting ON.

Handling process

We cross-checked power with a clamp power meter on the transformer where the transformer was not supplying power to the motherboard.

Root Cause

Pulled out the fuse and measured it, we found the fuse was damaged.

Solution

After replacing the damaged fuse, the network management works normally.
