This post features the need to mount an external drive to the eSight server. Please see more details below.


In order to mount an external drive or flash to the Linux eSight server, we must create the drive with a format that matches the SUSE Linux, such as FAT, ext2, ext3.


If the drive format is NTFS, exFAT, it will need an additional package to work with the SUSE Linux server.
