Need Help in the product Cloud IVS 9000

Dear all,

I need support when i add decoder to cloud IVS i get error "Failed to add decoder"

I added the bussiness password it verifed but cannot add to the IVS client

I added 18 decoder into the IVS client i need to add 6 more

error message

But now verification is failing, i reset the Business password but still issue exist

error 2

please help !!
