I factory reset my osn 500 device by DIP SW on the control card

But when I enter the device with navigation

I see the following error :


NEBIOS is running. Please download NESOFT!

Dear friend!

Please check the DIP switch status of the CSHD board.

After the board completes the operation specified by setting the BIOS DIP switch to a specific value, clear the DIP switch setting (that is, set the DIP switch to binary value 0000) before restarting the board; otherwise, the board cannot enter the normal running state.

CSHD

When a DIP switch is set to the side with the numbers "1, 2, 3, 4", it represents binary digit 1. When a DIP switch is set to the side with the letters "ON DIP", it represents binary digit 0.

Good time friends


After setting DIP SW number 2 to 1111

I took the control card out of the chassis

And set it back to 0000 mode

And I got on the chassis again

And I connected to the device

But after 1 minute, the STAT light on the control card went out

And the ALM light flashes every second

And error :

NEBIOS is running. Please download NESOFT!



My laptop has a ping with the device

According to your description, The possible causes are as follows:

When the NE clears the library and resets, the NE re-establishes the database system(It takes a long time). If a power failure occurs when the database system is not completely established, the database may be damaged. The NE software provides the repair function. If the repair function is not successful, the NE software is frequently reset. 

Solution:

Login device with Optix navigator and use the command to modify a system file named ne1500.

Is it possible to upload files with .hwa extension or fpga to the device through the navigation toolkit or DBSoft navigation toolbar and fix this problem


And also if I set DIP SW again to 1111 and wait for the disaster recovery process to be done
