it's recommended you to contact with the pre-sale engineers, the result might be different depends on the model of 10G interface cards you choosed.
Commonly, it will be supported if the interface cards you choosed don't exceed the extreme performance of the device.

Yes you can use for NE40E-X2-M8 the Interface Types below:

* 10GE-WAN/LAN
* GE/FE
* OC-3c/STM-1c POS
* Channelized STM-1
* E1/CE1(75/ 120ohm)
