[NE40E-X3A] Multiple BGP ASN on same device

If there are two enterprise groups with their own BGP autonomous system and Internet service provider.  [AS100 and AS200]

Is it possible if we want to run multiple BGP autonomous system on same NE40E-X3A device ?  And how can we separate routing table for each autonomous system ?

no, only one BGP process could be enabled on the same router. But you can enable the vpn-instance to distinguish the different users.

Do Huawei device support similar concept like "Virtual Device Contexts" on CISCO and "Virtual Router" on Juniper ?

Is there any protocol that allows for a partitioning of single physical device into more than one logical devices.

It's easy to bind or configure the BGP for different VS.
for example, there are two VS on the router, one is VS1 and another is VS. To bind the AS100 to VS1 and AS200 to VS2, please refer the command below
<Admin_VS>switch virtual-sys vs1            // enter the VS1
<Admin_VS-vs1>sy
Enter system view, return user view with return command.
[~Admin_VS-vs1]bgp 100                         // configure BGP 100
[~Admin_VS-vs1-bgp]q
[~Admin_VS-vs1]com
[~Admin_VS-vs1]q
<Admin_VS-vs1>q
<Admin_VS>switch virtual-sys vs2         // enter the VS2
<Admin_VS-vs2>sy
Enter system view, return user view with return command.

Yes, the VS function is do supported in V800R007.
