NE40E V800R010C10SPC500 X8A doesn't give TWAMP statistics according to HUAWEI-TWAMP-MIB via SNMP

Hello, everyone!


We are currently testing NE40E V800R010C10SPC500 X8A: we try to get snmpwalk on following OIDs from HUAWEI-TWAMP-MIB:

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.333.1.1.5.1.6

....

1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.333.1.1.12.1.99

The reply from device is that there is no such OIDs.


Does somebody know what could be the problem? Maybe there is some hidden flag preventing from sending TWAMP statistics via SNMP?


In CLI TWAMP statistics looks OK.

From the documentation, there is no OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.333.1.1.5.1.6, please check https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100038601&id=EN-US_TOPIC_0213074519&lang=en

But the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.333.1.1.12.1.99 does exist, you can find it at https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100038601&id=EN-US_TOPIC_0213074313&lang=en

Hi, Thank you very much for useful links, but when I make snmpwalk on the sender, there is no reply for any statistics tables from TWAMP MIB: hwTwampSenderTwoWayDelayTable, hwTwampTwoWayJitterAlarmTable etc.

here is the command that I used: ***[501] $ snmpwalk -v 2c -c ***** -OfnQ *.*.*.* 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.333
As a result I got no any OIDs from tables: 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.333.1.1.6, 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.333.1.1.7, 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.333.1.1.10, 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.333.1.1.12 etc. In another words I got only configuration OIDs.

The hwTwampSenderTwoWayDelayTable is a table which contains the couple of OIDs, please use detailed OIDs to get the information, in the link https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100038601&id=EN-US_TOPIC_0213074434&lang=en the OIDs are listed.

I just tryed snmpwalk with same parameters as before for 1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.333.1.1.6.1.2 - same result = No such instance for this OID.

Same for all OIDs in this table, if I call them separately

It seems that the TWAMP MIB file is missing. Please check the if the HUAWEI-TWAMP-MIB file is loaded correctly.
You might need the commadn "display snmp-agent mib modules"
