Hi, 

After upgrading to the new version V800R011C10SPC100, my router no longer recognized the ports as 1Gigabit, could anyone help me?

Hello, the same thing happened to me, I updated the box and the 1G ports stopped working.

I contacted the support that sold me the router, they asked me to physically restart the router, disconnecting it from the power.

I performed this reset at dawn and the doors returned to normal operation.

could you please provide the result of the diplay device, and mark out the board which the unrecognized interfaces belong to.

(They are identifiable throughout the board and interfaces, but are not UP, only the 10 1Gigabit interfaces that previously worked.) did you mean only 10 1G interfaces which worked normal before upgrading could work normal, the rest interfaces on the same board cannot turn up even when link connected?
Could you please check status of the corresponding interfaces which cannot turn up when the fiber inserted.

Additionally, please check the logs if there is any abnormal logs about the physical interface or board, or other abnormal logs.

Are all interfaces unidentifiable or interfaces on a board unidentified? If the interface on a board cannot be identified, check the registration status of the board. Thank you!

@fmatheussouza, please contact your support to open a case. This is a better way. This is a new version and could be a failure. We need to indicate all the new issues.

I upgraded the same router on another client and everything worked, so I don't believe it is bug of the new version.
We have already opened a case with our supplier to verify.

Are you sure it is SPC100 as I am unable to find this version on website, the one which is available is SPC200 via below link

Also its best practice to patch it with latest one, in your case below is the patch.

It doesn't show any record, just don't stay UP, all 10G interfaces are normal.

I rebooted the router, disconnecting it from the power and waiting about 5 minutes to restart.

After the reboot, the 1GE ports are back to working perfectly.
