I asked the R&D, they said the 100GE interface can work on 40GE mode only after you updating the firmware to V8R11C00. NE40E-M2K 100GE interface can't support 40GE module or 40GE speed before V8R11C00.

I checked the support website, there is only firmware for V800R010, please contact the local TAC to get the firmware.

The TAC can't send the V800R011C10 before 30-09-2019, the version is in test and aren't stable to the final customer. If you insist, maybe they send, but if something goes wrong, they can't help you.
