Hello,


Please can you help me I need to provide our customer access to the below firmware and patches, however when I search for any of this it takes me to a screen that talks about associating our company, which i have already done and also certification level.


Can anyone help me to get these?

Hi Daryl,
If your account is associated with your company, you need to confirm that your company is a Huawei partner (with the download permission) and that the association is approved by the administrator of your company.
The other way is to register the NE40E (through the ESN) or contract and obtain permissions to access or download the product.

Hello,

please pay attentation to the following advises during or before the upgrading
1. make sure the firmware you want to upgrade to is compatible with the current version, you can review the compability in the upgrade guide documentation on the software download page.
2. please do backup the configuration before the upgrading for rollback, if the upgrading failure, so that the fault time could be compressed as short as possible.
3. if the firmware version you upgrade to is more recent version, please do check the documentation on the software download page if there are features or functions been modified in the new version, if the answer is positive, more prepare is required before upgrading, such as prepare the new configuration corresponding to the modified functions or features.
4. please do guarantee the power supply during the upgrading to prevent the upgrading failure.
5. after the upgrading, check the services to make sure all of them work fine as before the upgrading.
