NE40-X8A VSUF80 throuput

I have some misunderstood regarding VSUF 80 and SP 80 capacity / licensing.  As I read in documentation, if you buy VSUF 80 , it has default 20G capacity, without installing license. If you need to increase capacity, you need to buy SP 80 + 20G license. So I have NE-40-X8A Router, with 2-VSUF-80 and 2 - SP80.

I bought 2 x SP 80 + 2 x 20G license.

When I'm trying to display NAT bandwidth, I'm geting this

  FreeSize  :0  

  SlotID   EngineID   CardID   CurBandWidth    CfgBandWidth    ValidFlag

  7        0          -        20 G            20 G            Valid

  8        0          -        20 G            20 G            Valid

Can you explain, Why I see 20G for each VSUF 80 ? As huawei described in documatation, Buying VSUF 80, I have default 20G and after I'will add SP 80 + 20G license, it should 40G Capacity.
