NE40-M2H not boot

Hello ,


Has anyone here in the community experienced this?


I updated a Ne40-M2H and after rebooting to install the new version the router does not start anymore and only gives the option to press CTRL + A to access the BIOS, but no password works, I have tried all that I found in the manuals and can't, someone who can help me?

Dear User,

The problem can be solved by reloading the configuration file through the device's console interface during the startup of the device. Services will be interrupted during the startup. Exercise caution when using this method.

Hello, ne40 asks for a login and password when I type ctrl + a, it doesn't even give the option of ctrl + b, and is always restarting if I don't press ctrl + a, when I press it it asks for login and password to access BIOS
