Dear friend!
When the device upgrade fails, it will normally roll back to the state before the level. I suggest you browse the relevant upgrade manually.
You may need to use the following commands
sftm-abt-cmd #Roll back the upgrade task.
Use the following format:
:sftm-abt-cmd #If the operation is successful, empty information is returned.
If the board cannot be activated, the board may be isolated. In this case, you need to unisolate the board.
:patchpkg-get-excludebd #Query the list of isolated boards.
:patchpkg-del-excludebd #Delete a board from the isolated board list.
Use the following format:
:patchpkg-del-excludebd:17
Please note:
Performing a version upgrade is a high-risk operation. If an exception occurs during the operation, collect device logs and contact TAC engineers to create a trouble ticket. Then, TAC engineers provide remote assistance.
Thank you!
