NE Software version downgrade

is it necessary to clear SCC configuration to downgrade DC908 version from R21SPC200 to R20SPC500?

Dear friend!
1. You can upgrade this product without clearing the configuration data. Huawei optical transmission network products support online upgrades. However, the upgrade is risky. Exercise caution when performing this operation.

2. An NE can be downgraded by initializing the database of the source version or restoring the database of the target version. When an NE is downgraded by initializing the database, the deletion of NE database causes a service interruption during the downgrade. After the downgrade is complete, determine whether to restore the NE database. 

3. If the target version of the downgrade has generated a database backup, you can click the Downgrade (Restore the database) option button when creating the downgrade task.
