If you encounter the FTP Transmission Rate Is Low, perform the following steps:
1. Check whether packets are retransmitted.
Collect packets and analyze the packets using packet collection tools to check whether TCP packets are retransmitted on the client PC. Packet retransmission is usually caused by network instability.
Shows an example of packets obtained using the tools. From the figure, it can be seen that a lot of TCP retransmission packets are received.
2. Collect the following information and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
§ Results of the preceding troubleshooting procedures.
§ Configuration files, log files, and alarm files of the devices.
