Today, I'd like to share a case with you.
Product Model: NCE
Problem Description
Login Network Cloud Engine-T V100R018C00 through the Firefox browser. After a while during routine operations, the NE Explorer runs abnormal with blank. The NE Explorer can display normally only if close the Firefox browser and login again

Problem Analysis
1. Test with another Laptop, the issue reoccurs.
2. Test with the Chrome browser instead of the Firefox browser, the issue doesn't occur anymore. So that root cause is located between the Firefox browser and NCE-T.
3. Test with the Firefox browser again. After operating for a while, check Process Explorer from Task Manager. There are lots of process “browsercore32.exe” which increase the CPU utilization.

Root Cause
After login NCE-T, then run NE Explorer. Meanwhile a process "browsercore32" is launched. The process "browsercore32" is not terminated while close the corresponding NE Explorer on the client. This will cause CPU utilization increasing.
Solution Description
1. Login NCE-T with any Explorer except Firefox.
2. Upgrade to Network Cloud Engine-T V100R019C01 to solve this issue permanently.
