NE40E-X3  mac authentication login we need mac every 2 digit separater symbol (f0:de:f1:9a:0d:4f) but i am getting every 4 digit seprater symbols(f0de:f19a:0d4f), so that authentication rejected by radius.

Sorry little bit complex . from what i looked at i could not find option to change the MAC address format. please proceed open ticket with TAC, you can find contact information from this link below
