Respected community i install NCEV100R019C00SPC602_WebLCT software on window 7 when i run this on my laptop it give error on google chrome "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"  google chrome refuse to connect.

PLEASE HELP ME IF ANYONE HAVE SOLUTION OF THIS ERROR.WE
