When will have finalized the RTN950A configuration using NCE Web LCT using the local connection and will then configure the inband maintenance channel to reach the RTN95A from the office, will NCE Web LCT in their office still be able to reach RTN950A on their WAN? I guess yes, using assigned IP...?

 

But will NCE Web LCT need some special license to reach RTN950A on then wan via inband maintenance channel rather than using local port?

 

I'm not planning to use NCE Web LCT to supervise the network, for which they have third-party SNMP monitoring, but want to use it to reach any RTN950A in their network for revised configuration when needed.


I will appreciate your help with this case :)

Logging In to the NCE Client

The NCE uses the client/server architecture and allows multiple clients. You can log in to the NCE client with a PC.

Prerequisites

  • The local PC is connected properly to the NCE server, and the NCE server is running properly.

  • You have obtained the account and password for login.

For more information, you can refer to the RTN950A user manual.
