Since you have installed OptiX NetStar 19.1.610, you can directly upgrade to 19.1.610.SPC3.

First, Netstar 20.1.111 is compatible with OptiX OSN 1800 I, II, V - V100R0. 19C10Netstar 20.1.111.SPC3 is a patch of Netstar 20.1.111, and V100R019C10SPC700 is also a patch of V100R019C10.

I'm using NCEV100R019C00CP6031 to commission RTN380AX but there is something wrong with my java I suppose.

the login page opens but I can not log in with user:admin password:Changeme_123

it says the username or password is wrong but as far as I know the default user/password is what I mentioned.

may I have your kind support to share the requirements to solve the issue? which jre version needs to be installed?
