Hello, Could you please help me with this issue 





7938 NE Software Management - Automatic Backup operation failed



I supposed that the problem is  : When the system automatically backs up NE data, it conflicts with other ongoing tasks.

But i dont know how to resolve this , if this could be a problem can you tell me how to do that ? if not and the problem is different , can you please tell me what is and how to resolve ?

As I replied to you in my previous post:

 Possible causes:
1. When the system automatically backs up NE data, it conflicts with other ongoing tasks.
2. The DC user is missing.


Handling method:
1. Change the NE automatic backup time.

2. Create a DC user for 7938 and enable the DC user to log in.
